Each package includes a Revocable Living Trust, Pour-Over Will(s), Durable Financial Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive, and a Quitclaim Deed to properly fund your home into the Trust

We offer flat-fee pricing for Reviews & Changes for those who already have an estate plan but want to make sure it's perfect. This includes changing beneficiaries, adding children, changing Trustees, etc. 

If you have a Trust but aren't sure if your home is included, we can run a title search. If it's not, our you are buying new property, we can make sure the deed is recorded property with the county

If you just need a single Healthcare Directive or Financial Power of Attorney, we have you covered there too. Not expensive billable hours. More flat fee options more suitable to your budget and needs
